Returns & exchange policy

Sometimes it happens that the purchased product does not fit. Did you choose the wrong size, the color doesn't suit you or the product simply doesn't look like you imagined?

Read how you can return or exchange it:

1. EXCHANGE

1. To exchange a product, send it back to our warehouse at the following address: Crazy Legs / Makana Sp. z o. o., Zielniczki 5, 63-000 Środa Wielkopolska, POLAND  e-mail: contact@crazylegs.pl, phone number. +48 607-392-584 

2. You ship the product you wish to exchange at your expense. We will send the replaced product back at our expense. 

3. The exchange product must be sent to the above address, we do not accept shipment to a parcel locker or collection point.

4. Please attach the completed form to your return package so that we can easily identify you and your order. You can download the form here.

If for some reason you cannot print the form, please attach a card with the order number and your name to the package so that we can easily identify your order.

5. The product you want to exchange cannot have any signs of wear or a torn tag.

6. You have 14 calendar days to return the product to us - from the moment you receive the shipment.

 

2. RETURN:

NOTE1: Returns are at your expense.

NOTE2: You must send the return to the address provided above, we do not accept shipping to a parcel locker or collection point.

3. COMPLAINT:

If it happens that the product you receive from us is defective, or something breaks while wearing it and it is not your fault (e.g. a seam comes loose or you notice a defect in the material) - write to us at: contact@crazylegs.pl, and in the subject line of the e-mail, provide us with your order number and describe the reason for the complaint.

We will write back and let you know how we proceed. The complained product should be sent back to us - we will consider each case individually. You return the advertised product to us at your own expense. If the complaint is accepted, we will refund the shipping costs to us.
